What is your return policy?
All returns must be in the form of completed units, full carton quantities and in their original carton(s) within 30 days from the original ship date. Please contact Marathon Roofing Products directly for further details.
Do you ship same day?
Any expedited order that is received before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time we will do our best to ship out that day. Our normal shipping time is two days from time of order.
Where do you ship from?
We normally ship from our warehouse in Orchard Park, NY. Sometimes depending what is ordered we might have to ship from another warehouse.
What is your freight policy?
We offer free freight on any order of at least $3,500 going to a commercial warehouse. The customer is responsible for any accessorial charges such as a liftgate. Some exclusions may apply, contact us for further details. Equipment is not eligible for free freight.
Can you coat your vents and drains with TPO or PVC?
Yes we can. Pictured is our Aluminator drain TPO coated. Call for more details.
What is the difference between the Ex-flow and M-105 vents?
The Ex-flow vent is a one-way vent while the M-105 is a two-way vent. A one-way vent will let pressure and moisture escape. A two-way vent allow air to flow in and out to promote circulation.
